When your car is brought to one of our Accident Repair Centres, we want to keep you in touch with its progress, providing you with peace of mind at an otherwise stressful time. That is why we have introduced an Internet-based job tracking system, in association with ClaimWatch, enabling your local JMARC centre to keep you up to date with the work we’re doing at any given time.
You can follow your car through the repair process in real time, through a straightforward web page. Whenever one of our employees completes a stage of the job, they update the ClaimWatch database, with the results instantly visible on your unique page. This sophisticated software can automatically dispatch email updates to you, and it’s even possible to receive the latest news on the move, with text messages to your mobile. Whatever we do, you’ll be the first to know.
