In some instances, getting your car transported away after an accident can be a major headache, but at the JM Accident Repair Centres, we make light work of this challenge. A fleet of transporter trucks is on standby to collect and return vehicles within a 50-mile radius of any JMARC bodyshop.
When your designated driver meets you, he will conduct a full external appraisal of the car, including photography. From the moment a JMARC driver collects your vehicle until the moment it’s returned, both you and your car will be in safe hands.
Courtesy Cars
People rely on their cars on a daily basis, so their sudden absence can make life very difficult. In recognition of this, the John Martin Group offers a courtesy car service for Accident Repair Centre customers. We have a 100-strong fleet of cars available across our four branches, and these easy-to-drive hatchbacks are ideal for keeping you mobile while your own car is repaired.
The majority of insurance policies entitle you to a free courtesy vehicle, which means the only restriction on your movement is a daily mileage allowance. Otherwise, the courtesy car is yours for the duration of the repair process, so you can carry on with your normal routine – whether that involves the school run, shopping, socialising or work.
